The landowner thus consents to lease the property located at 12th Street, Block-C, Bashundhara, Dhaka.

1. Utilisation of Property: Only Official purposes may be carried out on the leased property.
2. Services: Throughout the term of the lease, the Renter undertakes to cover the costs of any utilities and other amenities utilised on the property.
3. Equipment: The following items are included in the rented space: an 8-cubic-foot refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a phone. All damages and repairs must be paid for by the renter.
4. Affirmation: Recognizing and understanding this Agreement’s provisions are the parties hereto.
