Job brief

We are looking for a Receptionist to handle our front desk and assist with various administrative and clerical tasks on a regular basis. Our software firm is looking for a seasoned receptionist. The successful candidate will be in charge of running an organization’s front desk. We have a wide vision to automate the world’s offices and make our clients lives easier. Responsibilities:

  1. Incoming phone calls are answered, received, and forwarded.
  2. Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area with all the necessary stationery and materials.
  3. The daily mail and deliveries are received, sorted, and distributed.
  4. Maintain safety standards and regulate access through the front desk to keep the office secure.
  5. Make travel and lodging arrangements, as well as vouchers.
  6. Track office costs and expenditures accurately.

Requirements and skills

  1. Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or other equivalent position is required.
  2. Microsoft Office Suite Expertise
  3. Working knowledge of office equipment 
  4. Professional appearance and demeanor
  5. Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  6. When problems develop, the ability to be resourceful and proactive comes in handy. Excellent organizational abilities
  7. It is essential to be able to multitask and manage time in addition to prioritizing tasks
  8. Attitude toward customers
  9. A high school diploma is required; further office management certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  1. You have a Bachelor’s degree or a solid technical experience in a relevant discipline.
  2. You’ve worked as a Product Manager for at least three years, preferably in a startup.
  3. You are an expert in analytics, are well-structured and data-driven, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. You are a digital native, and one of your main talents is solving complex problems and understanding end-customer needs.
  5. You are an outspoken, open-minded individual who can inspire a team to go above and beyond, just as you do.
  6. Stress resistance and a hands-on mentality.
